The Shredder is a character who will do anything to go head to head with the turtles. In The First Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie he kidnapped their mentor Splinter and he revealed the fact that his real name is Oruku Saki. In the second movie Teenage Mutant Turtles 2 The Secret Of The Ooze he decided to create two powerful monsters Razor and Tokka to go head to head with The Turtles.
